He is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the accounting sector, with expertise in auditing, internal controls, corporate fraud investigation, and financial controllership developed in companies such as CSU Digital, Chubb Insurance, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Booz Allen Hamilton, PRGX, Braskem Petrochemical, Mazars Group, and Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute.
In addition to solid experience in the corporate sector, Mr. Freitas has extensive academic experience as a professor. He worked as a professor at prestigious institutions in Brazil, such as Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, Fundacao Instituto de Administracao - FIA, Faculdades Flamingo, and Centro Universitario FMU.
Mr. Freitas graduated in Accounting Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, in 2003. He obtained a master's science degree in Business Controllership from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, São Paulo, Brazil, in 2012 and an MBA in Accounting from Fitchburg State University, Massachusetts, in 2024, Master Science in Accounting from Suffolk University (Sawyer Business School), Boston, in 2026, and Certified Acceptance Agent - IRS.
